"A home inspection covers all of the visual components of the home from top to bottom at the time of inspection. A very detailed report, including pictures and descriptions, will be furnished to help you make a more informed decision when purchasing a new home."
4 POINT INSPECTION
"A 4 point Inspection is a Citizens Insurance form designed for insurance companies. Coverage includes the four major components of the home, including the roof, electrical components, plumbing and HVAC. These is NOT considered a home inspection."
WIND MITIGATION
"Wind Mitigation is an insurance form that looks at the following - Age of the roof, type of roof, nailing patterns, securing of the roof, and window and door protection. These allow insurance companies to offer discounts for your policy. This is NOT considered a roof inspection"
AIR QUALITY ANALYSIS
"We collect a minimum of two samples of air in your home - One control sample from the outside of the house, and one inside of the house. These samples will be analyzed for all mold types, fungus, and other hazardous toxins. The samples will then will be sent to Inspectors laboratory for analysis. A detailed home air quality report will be furnished. Call for any questions or pricing."
